The Windows installer is available to every verified account, Free tier included. The Android installer is different: it's a Lite/Pro bonus, or a $29 standalone purchase — a Free-tier account alone won't unlock it. Grab whichever applies to you from your dashboard.
The app works immediately and includes a 14-day free trial from first launch, fully usable offline.
This unlocks your vault key going forward. Choose something you'll actually remember — there's no "forgot password" reset without your recovery phrase.
Generated once, shown to you once. It's a permanent, unconditional bypass that only you hold — write it down and store it somewhere safe, separate from your device.
Point it at a folder you choose — your own cloud drive or a shared network folder. Conflicting edits are flagged for review, never silently overwritten.
Send it to support@vexriano.com — any channel works, your license isn't tied to a device until you activate it.
Enter it in the app once received. Until then, your 14-day trial keeps working exactly as before.

If you bought Pro, this is worth doing early rather than leaving for later: a hardware security key or M-of-N multi-factor unlock, a splittable emergency access key for someone you trust, recovery shares split across multiple people, and an optional dead-man's-switch check-in. Priority setup support is included — email us if you'd like a hand configuring any of it.
Import your existing entries via CSV in one step from Settings — no manual re-entry. Moving to a new device later is just as simple: transfer your setup via QR code, no cloud round-trip required.
